Training Registration – Terms & Conditions

1. Registration and Payment

  • Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

  • All fees are listed in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes (GST 5%).

  • Payment is accepted through the secure checkout on our website. Stripe processes all transactions on our behalf.

2. Minimum Participants

  • Each training session requires a minimum number of participants to proceed.

  • If minimum enrolment is not met, Lamont Consulting Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations received 10 days or more before the scheduled training will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations received less than 10 days before the session are non-refundable.

  • Transfers and substitutions are an option on occasion. Contact Lamont Consulting Inc. to enquire.

4. Training Format and Access

  • Courses may be delivered in-person or virtually (via Zoom or other platforms).

  • Virtual participants are responsible for ensuring access to a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a quiet space for participation.

  • Login details and course materials will be emailed at least 48 hours in advance of the session.

5. Participant Expectations

  • Our training environments are inclusive and psychologically safe. We expect all participants to engage respectfully and contribute to a positive learning space.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.

6. Copyright and Materials

  • All course content is the intellectual property of Lamont Consulting Inc. or its licensed partners (e.g., Mental Health Commission of Canada).

  • Materials provided are for participant use only and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.
