Lamont Consulting Inc.
1. Registration and Payment
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
All fees are listed in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes (GST 5%).
Payment is accepted through the secure checkout on our website. Stripe processes all transactions on our behalf.
2. Minimum Participants
Each training session requires a minimum number of participants to proceed.
If minimum enrolment is not met, Lamont Consulting Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations received 10 days or more before the scheduled training will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received less than 10 days before the session are non-refundable.
Transfers and substitutions are an option on occasion. Contact Lamont Consulting Inc. to enquire.
4. Training Format and Access
Courses may be delivered in-person or virtually (via Zoom or other platforms).
Virtual participants are responsible for ensuring access to a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a quiet space for participation.
Login details and course materials will be emailed at least 48 hours in advance of the session.
5. Participant Expectations
Our training environments are inclusive and psychologically safe. We expect all participants to engage respectfully and contribute to a positive learning space.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.
6. Copyright and Materials
All course content is the intellectual property of Lamont Consulting Inc. or its licensed partners (e.g., Mental Health Commission of Canada).
Materials provided are for participant use only and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.
